What is the New Generation Polymer Construction Mold?

This innovative plastic, hollow structure mold is designed to promote energy efficiency, environmental sustainability, and the preservation of natural resources.

Engineered using advanced high molecular nano-technology and an original "nano-polymer additive," it ensures unparalleled durability while enhancing template hardness and optimizing bending module arrangements. Unlike traditional plastic molds, it effectively addresses common issues, controlling deformation and wear rates within tight tolerances of 2 mm and diagonal variances of 0.5 mm. Representing a significant advancement over wooden, composite steel, bamboo-wood bonding, and entirely steel molds, it champions energy conservation and eco-consciousness.

It is resistant to all kinds of climatic conditions and adversities.

Can Plaform be cut?

Nailing and cutting operations can be performed in the same way as plywood.

Does it Require Surface Maintenance?

It can be stored and stacked in any environment and conditions. It is not affected by adverse environmental conditions (moisture, mold, water, pests, etc.).

Can it be used with plywood?

It provides high efficiency in the mold with its practical and ideal dimensions, offering the possibility of use together with 18 mm plywood.

 

Is it Long-Lasting?

Even under the most difficult construction site conditions, the expected service life is a minimum of 3 years, making it as long-lasting as possible.

Is it Durable?
